Mark the salesman was excellent to work with. Addressed every question quickly and professionally. Steered us towards the best possible mattress for what we were looking for. We've now made several purchases from Levin each has been a great experience. Enough so to keep us coming back.

I purchased furniture a year ago February. 2022 It was all special order. Several pieces came in within 3 months from Flexsteel. A couch and chair. I had several issues with the couch. But, because it was the manufactures warranty it all had to be repaired. Levin sent many service men to my home to have the work done. Unfortunately, Flexsteel sent wrong fabric, amongst other things. Repairs could not be complete for 8 months. They did end up taking it to the shop for a few days.
