Nadine Parobeck was my sales person. She was excellent! I came in for a new mattress and brought my pillow with me. Nadine spent time interviewing me on what my sleeping habits were and we picked out about six mattresses that might work. We discussed, and I spent about 15 minutes on each mattress with Nadine coming back-and-forth occasionally to answer questions. She was informative, pleasant… No overkill, just pure professionalism.
