Fabulous. My salesman was thorough, knowledgeable, patient and kind. He knew all about the mattresses. He sold me the frame and educated me on the adjustable frame which I bought and never thought that was something I could purchase! He also made sure I got a mattress protector. He set up delivery. Just an awesome experience.

Tobi was excellent- really walking us through different options- helpful without being intrusive- just bought one item tonight as I need to measure space for fit - but will be back for several pieces once we have out layout/ space confirmed for several rooms

Salesman Mike Vespi was AWESOME !!!! Unfortunately I can not say the same about the Furniture being received. From my perspective, the Individuals responsible for loading the Delivery Trucks NEED to improve their work quality! The Workers that Load these Furniture Trucks are Very Negligent and just throw the stuff on the trucks for delivery and the furniture ends up being delivered Damaged!!! Two of the MAIN Furniture Pieces need to be redelivered because of being damaged. That’s Unacceptable.
