Furnished two homes from Levins in the past. Received warranty certificate and went to go look. 9 months pregnant due any day, don’t fit into my nice clothes had comfort clothing on and definitely got judged. The drivers should call the numbers on file to let them know they are coming, prior to arrival. I did not get a call or even a window for delivery until after they arrived (despite calling earlier to check on ETA and receiving a message that they were not open until 10am). The person who called me back was not the driver. “Sarah” called three times with questions like how far away was I, could they leave it there, if they could reschedule, etc. I said repeatedly that I could get there in 10 minutes, and she kept stating that... read more
