The sales person at the mall location working 12/18 was rude and condescending. I brough her a picture of some diamond earings and she said "I have something like that in my drawer at home from 1970." She then asked if the picture was from a chain store and said maybe I should look at Claires. I was prepared to spend nearly $1000 on a jewelry gift, but because of her rudeness I will never shop at Levy's.
This place is full of workers who think they are better than everyone. My fiancé and I went in today to purchase wedding bands. Nobody greeted us and i finally had to ask where the wedding bands were. I was told that they were “in the vault” due to an event they were having. That was it. No offer to get them out or to make an appointment. I highly recommend not ever coming here.
You could ask your employee Diane Bellman Heery to stop having an affair with my husband.
Worst customer service! Sales associations ( Larry ) at Oglethorpe Mall says he will measure your ring size and make a note of it on the computer so that when you return to have your ring sized they will have the information! Guess what? ...They never did! No problem just get us the ring size! We will take care of it ..... not so easy when the owner of the piece just left town! Do what you promise and NOT just to make a sale!
A few weeks ago I found an emerald and diamond band that I fell in love with at the Oglethorpe Mall location. The price was CLEARLY ticketed and the sales associate wrote down the sku number, original price and sales price. My husband went in to purchase it for me today and the older gentleman who claimed to be a manager laughed at him and told him the ring was never that price. I took my Tag watch in for a new battery around Christmas time. I recognized at the time the service personnel was struggling with the replacement. It took a tremendous amount of time to replace the battery and at one point the gentleman hid the watch from sight and suggested I go shop in the store. The watch was given back to me with a new battery. When the time change came and I tried to change the time on my watch it completely fell apart. The stem broke off. The spring came out. I have been to this store and purchased multiple items at large values, and when I went back to get my Rolex fixed that was "under warranty", they told me it was and external part, so therefore it was not covered. All at the same time, they had a second Rolex of mine that needed its 6 months service, they took two months to get it back to me. I have been a loyal customer of Levy's for many years, and have purchased multiple pieces from both Savannah locations. My recent visit to the Oglethorpe Mall location was less than favorable. Upon entering the store on a recent Sunday, I was not greeted or acknowledged and had to approach the sales associates at the back of the store. I was the only customer there, so there were not any other distractions.
