I am extremely disappointed in my experience with Levy! I went to pickup my husbands wedding ring and the cost of resizing was considerably higher than expected- $150... I asked the person checking me out if we could find out why, and was not granted that and made to feel as if the rep didn't have time for me or feel my purchase was substantial enough to waste their time. That lack of courtesy just lost them all of my business; especially since I had come in to actually discuss some other transactions as well...Â
Thanks to Levy Jewelers at Oglethorpe Mall for ordering the Swiss Army watch bracelet I needed. Everyone very professional and had the bracelet on the watch in minutes.Â
