Do not purchase from these people. Do not drop jewelry off. They cannot be trusted and this rolls all the way up to the CEO, Lowell Kronowitz. We dropped off a $3,500 watch to be repaired. For months they would not give us an update. Only under the threat of calling the police did they tell us they lost the watch and would try to find it but it was not their fault. They blamed Fedex.
They could start by giving customer service. After spending over 6K for a pair of earrings, necklace and watch they can't even call back to discuss why my wife's ears are reacting to the earrings like a cheap metal would and also her neck reacting to the chain on her diamond necklace.
