This is our first Lexus and we are extremely pleased with the car, the dealership and the buying experience. Johnny was responsive to our questions, had the Lexus ready to go when scheduled and went over the technical points of the car. He set up Apple Play and stripped all personal information from our trade-in Toyota. If an automobile showroom and lounge can be described as elegant, this dealership fits the description. Fantastic! Gary and David make a great team! Gary was very thorough with the entire process, including showing all of the details of the car, and the paperwork. David made an easy transition from the sales floor to the final paperwork. I should also mention everyone I met there was very nice, and they also seemed to enjoy their job. Claudia in sales was also very nice, as was the baristas working the complimentary Buddy Brew coffee bar.
My brother n law passed away unexpectedly on Thanksgiving and had a lease vehicle from Wesley Chapel Lexus. I called the dealership, and Tim (salesperson) called me back immediately. He was compassionate and took care of everything to buy the vehicle back. They did everything for my sister and made this difficult situation so easy. Also a shout out to Tim he also was compassionate and caring. Thank you Wesley Chapel Lexus.
