We bought a Toyota 4 Runner yesterday for our teenage daughter. We had only stopped by to look at one on the lot, but our salesman, Gary, was so kind and frankly, easy to work with, that we bought it on the spot AND traded in our Escalade! Unbelievable customer service. This is a very nice, clean, quiet dealership. Complimentary danishes,etc., 4 TV screens on different channels. They keep you totally informed on what’s going on with your vehicle, they welcome your pets. Will return here when needed.
All in all loved the dealership and my salesman Careem Albert. I also would like to say to Simon Tickett Sales Leadership when people buy a car from this dealership they expect to meet the “team” you are part of that team and never once did you come in an introduce yourself or thank us for our business. When you are “Sales Leadership” that is something that is expected of you.
