We couldn’t have had a better experience when buying our car. We worked with Johnny and he answered all our questions and was very proactive in sending us suggested cars but never pushy. When someone becomes pushy I quit looking at their emails. He did not bombard us with emails but sent cars that fit within what we were looking for. This was the best car buying experience we’ve ever had in our 50 years. There is one dealer fee and it’s reasonable. After going to many dealerships and seeing where this can go from $699 to over $6000, I was amazed at Lexus. The prices are competitive so no need to go back and forth. The dealership is clean and they make you feel like a VIP whether you’re buying a used or brand new car.
