This was the best car buying experience we’ve ever had in our 50 years. There is one dealer fee and it’s reasonable. After going to many dealerships and seeing where this can go from $699 to over $6000, I was amazed at Lexus. The prices are competitive so no need to go back and forth. The dealership is clean and they make you feel like a VIP whether you’re buying a used or brand new car. I had an emergency this past Saturday with my car which is a 2020 Range Rover Evoque, not a Lexus. A warning light came on regarding my coolant level as I was traveling north on I-75.
