He showed me around and gave me an office to sit in and work while I was waiting. The service team took care of my GS350 as if it were their own. He was patient and gave us several days to visit other dealerships and didn’t hound us. We ended up closing the deal with Alexandra a few days later with the best customer service ever. We dealt with Heath Bradburn, Mike Brockway, Lily Do and Vincent De La Cruz. Each was extremely friendly, personable and professional. Although Wesley Chapel is not as convenient as Clearwater, it's well worth the trip. We give them a top rating and will continue to make them our choice.
