RecommendedExcellent experience with Lexus of Wesley Chapel. We got there at 11:30a.m. with intentions of only looking around. Sean Williams was our master consultant. Dealing with us geezers, he was patient, knowledgeable, and helpful. In fact, the entire staff was charming and friendly, beginning with several concierge who are always there to open the doors and welcome you, to the staff in the cafe area to serve up coffee, donuts, bagels and more. Man-o-man was this a great experience! Bobby King was my service advisor. It’s nice to have a guy like him to take care of me. He was respectful of my time. He showed me around and gave me an office to sit in and work while I was waiting. The service team took care of my GS350 as if it were their own. Bobby helped me determine what I needed to keep my car running in tip top shape without doing the unnecessary stuff. It was time for tires so they gave me a loaner. Just purchased a new vehicle and couldn’t be happier with the entire transaction. Johnny was excellent in providing us with the information we needed to make our decision. He was patient and gave us several days to visit other dealerships and didn’t hound us. We ended up closing the deal with Alexandra a few days later with the best customer service ever. Class act with a phenomenal staff. Highly recommend this professionally staffed dealership.
I have had poor service from a Lexus dealership in Clearwater. This month we decided to try Lexus of Wesley Chapel; what a pleasant experience. We dealt with Heath Bradburn, Mike Brockway, Lily Do and Vincent De La Cruz. Each was extremely friendly, personable and professional. Although Wesley Chapel is not as convenient as Clearwater, it's well worth the trip. We give them a top rating and will continue to make them our choice.
