RecommendedAfter grocery shopping, my Lexus SUV would not start. Luckily I was minutes away from the dealership. They sent someone to give me a jump start. As a battery load test was being performed, the folks at the dealership put my frozen and refrigerated groceries in their storage. Less than an hour later, I had a new battery (covered under warranty), and I was on my way. Thanks to Chris Lomanto and everyone else at the dealership for rescuing me!

This place is gorgeous, the snacks bar is spectacular, serenity rooms the biggest inventory of Lexus, the service garage is neat as dr clinic the customer services is excellent. Totally relax and smooth process! I love it and Jeannette Fernández is the best!

I had a wonderful experience today at Lexus of Wesley Chapel. Our service rep Bobby Alexis was awesome and very knowledgable. My car came out the cleanest it has ever been. The waiting area was gorgeous with four large TV’s. There was a variety of goodies and drinks to keep you occupied. I will definitely make the trip to Wesley Chapel to get my car serviced from now on. Did I mention a bottle of cold water for my ride home. First class.
