Routine service on my 2015 RX 350 Josh Kieffer is always friendly, courteous and professional. He always explains any issues with my car and offers all options. I never feel pressured on any issue. I will always take my Lexus to Bellevue Lexus for service.
15K Maintenance Came for 15K maintenance, was greeted right away, talked to a service rep and 10 min later was already on a shuttle to work. Efficiency and professionalism was perfect. Few hours later car was ready and again I was picked by a shuttle (no wait time, no stress). Car was all done and washed – thank you!
