Professional approach to selling cars Just bought a 2019 Lexus NX300. The sales staff service and product knowledge is very good . They understand the sales process well and know how to find creative ways to make the deal happen and have the customer be comfortable with it . I previously went to a Toyota dealer to look for a RAV4 and was put off by their stupid low ball tactics on my trade in . This Lexus dealer understands their customer and went the extra mile to find the best deal for me . I am very impressed .
Timing Chain Assembly Cleaning and Repair Had a severe oil leak that gummed up the timing chain on my Lexus IS 250. They had to take the entire engine out to clean and repair the leak. The estimate was 5 days to perform the repairs, but they were done in 4 and they gave me a free loaner car for the entire period.
Good experience- they take care of you I worked with Bruce Cham and he was very helpful, knowledgeable and attentive. All parts of the process was above board. This dealer will take care of me after the sale
