Purchase of a used Lexus CT200h I'd been scouting for a used car for over a month and was deterred by the standard dealership sales pitches that hadn't seemed to change for decades. Lexus of Bellevue was an entirely different experience: full disclosure and transparency, genuine courtesy, extra effort, highly functional closing process. The sales representative, Ryan Bland, was knowledgable and attentive without being pushy...easy to work with.
Great buying experience. Excellent buying experience from first contact to delivery. I purchased a certified pre owned vehicle that is in perfect condition with low miles. I live out of the area so most of the communication was by email and phone. When I arrived at the dealership the transaction was in process and completed promptly. The time I did wait was enjoyable with snacks, a beautiful, comfortable building and attentive service. Great deal, great service.

Great service at Lexus of Bellevue Pat Wilmot was great. The front brakes to my 2012 RX350 needed service and it was done in a few hours. Pat also had a loaner car for me so I could run errands. Pat was helping Allen Jensen (AJ) who is usually our service person at Lexus of Bellevue. AJ was on vacation. We always have great service from Lexus off Bellevue.
