Great service I wanted to get a second set of eyes on repairs done after a collision on my nearly new Lexus RX350. Erik from Lexus of Bellevue was outstanding - he was prompt on email and scheduling and made sure inspection was thorough. Purchased a new RX350 F Sport I worked with Reid McCann and he was incredibly helpfull without being pushy. I first met Reid about two weeks ago as I went through my evaluation process. It was important for me to include all the safety features in my new car purchase and those were standard with the F Sport.
