perfect timing for repair and shuttle The service representative lady Liz gave the perfect recommendation which made me pleasant trip before service. The service procedure is very smooth and the timing is perfect. The shuttle bus driver is very nice too. It is a pleasant service experience. And the sale representative Fred found one of the original key after one year sale which made me feel reliable.

My first Lexus - RX-350 I was looking for an RX-350, and my first contact was Reid McCann who I spoke to on the phone and followed up with an email of RX-350s he had in stock in the color I wanted.
