A great service experience. I went to this dealership for an air-bag recall service. It was very busy... yet Sam, the Service Consultant, was very professional and got me in-and-out very smoothly and efficiently. He got me a dealership loaner car for a few hours to visit the neighborhood shopping mall. I received a call on my cell phone to alert me that the car is almost ready... returned and got my car back washed and cleaned. Very nice.

Good service! I came in for 20000 miles service. It was a good experience. Love the lounge always! One thing can improve on is a car wash, it could have been better. This area of car cleaning after a service has been in decline.
Nothing but good! My parents worked with Raymond Yi. Nothing but good things to say about Raymond. He was very patient and explained everything to my parents in Korean. Answered all and every questions with a smile. My parents were very well taken care of. And of course big thanks to Daniel MCLAUCHLAN for taking such good care of my parents! Everyone was super friendly and I would recommend. Lot of reps are bilingual and that's always a bonus!! Facility was very clean! All around very happy :)
Tire replacement Friendly staff, great at rectifying issues such as scheduling. Waiting area has big screen Tv's, putting range, aquarium, WiFi, and complementary soda machine. Would definitely recommend to family and friends.
New buy car experience I came in to buy a RC350, had done my research on the competitors, as well as other Lexus dealerships in the area. Lexus of Bellevue is a great place to buy a Lexus. My sales person, Cristian, was very knowledgeable and provided multiple options with great pricing. My overall experience was impeccable.
25K service call 25k maintenance was due. Sam checked me in and got the car completed in 2hrs. They found a nail in my tire which caused the light to go off. Sealed it and off I go. Very professional. Waited in the lounge area with complimentary drinks and muffins.
