I brought my car to Lexus if cherry hill on Tuesday for a flat tire. After looking at the tire, they told me that rim was cracked as well, and I need two other tires as well. Ok no problem. Then they tell me my Lexus tire protection plan only covers a portion of my rim. Hmm.. weird never heard of such a thing. Fast helpful a very pleasant experience
They are so racist, Leo Valitez in parts just yelled at me over the phone. If you are black dont go here at all.
By far the worst customer service I have ever received. I purchased a vehicle and within 2 days the center monitor went out. Took if for service and was given a loaner. Within 10 minutes I’d driving the loaner rear tire blew out on 295. After waiting on the roadside for more than two hours I didn’t so much as get an apology. First words out of service managers mouth were that I would be responsible for all damages to loaner. My own vehicle is still not fixed. Will never purchase from this group again.

this is the 3rd or 4th time I have bought my vehicle in for service since purchasing it from your dealership. The other times I thought it was a fluke that it was such a long wait to drop off my car. Instead it seems as if this is how the service department works. I normally take my cars to the manufacturers dealer but since I had 3 free oil changes I figured I'd give you guys another chance.

I'm not happy. My windshield cracked for no reason. Its only 4 months old. I woke up at 6 am and noticed it had an 18in long crack from under the molding across on the passenger side. No damage to the molding. Smooth line on both sides inside and out. I took the car that morning to 2 different places before bringing it in. I was told it was a stress crack by both. Never will I purchase a vehicle from you guys. Bought a 2017 Lexus Rx350 in June. Viral is my sales guy. He promise me that I will get a $100 credit for inspection since I'm from Pa. Said to pick it up when I come for my registration which is about 2 weeks. Came back and got the paperwork but no $100. Spoke to Viral and he said he will look into it.
