I have to tell you this, but I love to deal with Paul Siderio who exceeds customer expectations. Speaking of service, Jon Palmer is one who also exceeds customer's expectation. Both of these men should be recognized for how they contribute to profits of the P&L. All they need is a thank you for doing a great job!!!
Getting my 5000 mile service. I have never waited more than 3 minutes at Cadillac for a ride to work. Been here for 15 now. Speed it up Lexus
