I am extremely disappointed in the service I received w Lexus of Cherry Hill. I brought my car in on Saturday, September 16th and was told I needed brakes which would cost me $500. Not knowing the cost of brakes, It was a typical maintenance check however I did think the fee was high but I was too busy to compare pricing. I got a call from Lexus on Tuesday telling me the car was finished and I could pick it up that was all they said. The cost for the brakes totaled $704. Horrible experience from the start.. Arrogant and cocky from the salesman to the manager, lied to by the salesman and was basically told by the manager that I should have read more closely. Stay away! Once they get the sale they stop caring

Extremely disappointed in the care and service we received today. We wanted nothing more than to be repeat customers at Lexus of Cherry Hill but they let us down, were distasteful and dishonest. Shame on you management team for thinking that this is the way you treat customers. If you are leasing a car with them please make sure you read the fine print so they aren't taking your incentives through the Lease Cash program. Bad business!
The service department is very nice, ppl always friendly. Didn't appreciate getting a service loaner that had no gas, but I spoke to Samantha about it and she filled my car up as an apology. I've had this issue with my heated seats not working correctly since they replaced the seat. It's still not fixed and I'm just not understanding it. But oh well, it's life.
They sold me a "Certified" 2010 LS460. Brake problems (not the pads), broken moldings on back doors (both sides), couldn't get the dipstick out to check the oil, had to bring to my mechanic, who had a heck of a time getting it out. Other problems. Poor to say the least. I'll tell everybody I know to stay away. Very disappointing. I didn't think I had to check every little thing on a CERTIFIED car.

I normally have a good experience here .. But today I need to take shuttle to cherry hill mall the driver never showed up .. The service representative was rude when I inquired about the shuttle.. When I owned my Nissan the service on every visit was awesome ...
