I have had a great experience with Lexus of Chester Springs. I was in and out. The staff was fast and courteous. They gave me fantastic customer service. They had a loaner car waiting for me. Even opened doors for me. They went above and beyond my expectations. This is the best dealership around, I drive 1.5 hrs from Delaware for service here - anyone can sell you the car but you don’t always get honest top noch service afterwards. Steve Anderson is a stand up guy -very transparent and takes time to understand the problem. I take my ls460 there and skip all my local/ Tri state dealerships. When I am ready for the LS500 guess where I am coming to buy it from

I love Lexus of Chester Springs. The staff is top notch and always courteous and accommodating. The lounge is a great place to kick back and relax while you wait for service. The sales team is helpful, not pushy. I commute about 40 minutes to come here and it is worth the drive! I won't go anywhere else! #greatserviceatlexusofchestersprings

We just upgraded our RX for the GX today and loved working with CS Lexus again! We were in and out and they always have great customer service! We were between the Range Rover and GX and the service from the past 4 years kept us with Lexus!
