I have been with Lexus of Chester Springs for several years because the people are genuine and they have always accommodated my busy schedule. Absolute best Lexus dealership experience. I have a Lexus dealer closer to me which is Thompson but they are a big disappointment. The service and sales team are rude and not friendly at all. But I was referred to Chester springs and now a loyal customer for 4 years now. I drive an hour just to get my car serviced at a dealership I trust. I earned a Lexus through the company I work for (Plexus Lexus, baby!) ... and we chose to work with Lexus of Chester Springs because they were willing to work with us on the deal we needed, and their service was prompt and excellent!
