I recently had a horrible experience when a message said to see dealership. After 3 days I was told it was a water pump issue. I picked up my car and didn’t even make it 100’ before my car slammed into emergency break on a busy road. It was scary and a horrible experience to not even be able to shift my car into neutral. They still do not know the issue for my car.
I bought my car here a little over a year ago. I really wanted a Lexus and overall I'm finding I enjoy my car, but the service has been horrible. From the day I drove the car off the lot I have been having difficulty getting in touch with anyone regarding my car. No response to emails either. Today my airbag light went on and I called.
