I always have great service at Lexus, but this time Jerry was exceptional. I took in my car for routine maintenance and additionally was so stressed out about my trunk not working properly -I was concerned about getting looked it because there was much technology involved in fixing it. I mentioned it to Jerry, and luckily it was still under warranty and got the motor replaced for me at no cost to me. I did not expect that. Thank you Jerry and thank you Lexus of Glendale!
I can always rest assured that my Lexus will be taken care of properly. Fred in service is always very helpful in making me feel welcome and happy.
