I had the service done on my car yesterday at Glendale Lexus and I am very please experience with the whole experience. It is the second service on my car and this time I decide to wait while the car being worked on. I arrived about 5 minutes late but the service advisor, Fred, already waiting for me. In less than 10 minutes, all the paperwork was done and I went in the lounge to do some work while waiting for the car. It was a nice facility with free popcorn and soft drink and coffee. Every time I go to Lexus of Glendale, I feel like they’re my family. They always welcome me with a smile on their face especially Mr. Roy Tunno. Lexus of Glendale has an excellent service department. Polite efficient Service reps greet you, meet with you in an office to go over your paperwork, offer a loan vehicle or a ride to the Americana while your car is being worked on. If you stay and wait, you can enjoy massage chairs, computers to use, newspapers, snacks and beverages all in a clean environment. I have a service plan that we purchased with the car.
