Amazing establishment with a commitment to excellent service. I have been coming to Lexus of Glendale for over 10 years and they have always been prompt, professional, and pleasant. Their process is efficient and the waiting area is always clean with an offering of beverages and snacks. I highly recommend Jesus Lopez as a service advisor. Jesus is great with communication and has always exceeded my expectations for customer service.

Went in for a tire pressure check and end up getting the 2019 Lexus UX. The transition was very smooth with the help of Adimika and Harry who’s been very patient during the whole process. Great customer service as always.

Service is amazing. Quick response from everyone. They follow up for your schedule and promptly assists you as soon as you get there. Loaner car is new! They have pastries and all types of drinks and massage chairs to pamper you. Bought my car a year and a half ago through Adimika who is very nice and helpful. 2 👍🏼 up for everyone!!!
