My service appointment was scheduled for 11:15 on 10/28/21. The service representative who took care of me was well informed and efficient. He kept me in the loop on a regular basis. I would recommend Lexus to anyone. The waiting area is super comfy with lots of space and friendly staff. And...the coffee was always available!
