Speed of initial diagnostic service was 30-45 minutes. A most welcome feature added by the service department is the video the service technician Wil took as he he walked me through his diagnostic findings in and around my car. RecommendedThey offer a loaner vehicle if needed while you wait. They have a very nice, comfortable lounge where you can wait, complete with refreshments. The wait for service today was a little over one hour (which is what he told me).

The work was done as described and in a reasonable amount of time. It was good to have a clean car as we have a gravel driveway and that makes it difficult to keep clean.
