My recent visit exceeded my expectations. Working with service advisor Steve Baez was a pleasure. He is knowledgeable, knows how to communicate and professional. Speed of initial diagnostic service was 30-45 minutes. A most welcome feature added by the service department is the video the service technician Wil took as he he walked me through his diagnostic findings in and around my car. They offer a loaner vehicle if needed while you wait. They have a very nice, comfortable lounge where you can wait, complete with refreshments. The wait for service today was a little over one hour (which is what he told me).

It was a very good experience. Mr. Oliver was very friendly and also very businesslike and made us feel welcome and comfortable. The work was done as described and in a reasonable amount of time. It was good to have a clean car as we have a gravel driveway and that makes it difficult to keep clean. Thanks for the experience and we look forward to returning and hope you have real cookies next time.
