The Service Advisor, Brad, is always friendly, professional and more than competent. The techician provides video as he examines various components of the car and provides suggestions and reasons if anything needs fixing or replacement. a description of the required work is also provided prior to beginning any work. I have been taking my 4 cars to Lexus of Greenville for 8 years and am completely satisfied.
