Took my Lexus in for a scheduled oil change. It was the last free one on my Certified 350RX. I was greeted with uncommon personal friendliness by Cole. I had an appt. to link my new phone to my navigation system, but Cole insisted he do it himself and it took no time. Was offered a special that will save me a lot in the future. I was contacted by text throughout my wait to sign approval and view a video of my car being serviced. It was a very good experience! Thank you Lexus of Greenville.
