Today we brought our RC-F in for service, we were greeted like family, treated like family and our visit was a pleasure, to say the least. I'm 80 years old and have to say it was a stress-free safe environment, relaxed atmosphere. Very Senior friendly. Keep up the good work. Lexus of Greenville has an excellent service dept. They now do a video for the customer to watch during the maintenance service. They have cold drinks, coffee, bottled water and hot chocolate to Drink while waiting as well as snacks to eat. I would highly recommend Lexus of Greenville.
