Recently I took my Lexus in for a diagnosis because the dashboard malfunction light came on. I went to the lodge and had a cup of hot tea. 🙂 In a short time, the service writer came to me in the lounge and said the car is fine. The only issue was a loose gas cap. There was no charge! Very friendly and honest service writers.
So appreciative of Lexus of Greenville for the ease, care, and convenience of taking care of my vehicle. They picked it up from my place of residence, left me a loner, took care of the recall issue in a timely manner, and brought my vehicle back to my residence with very little contact.
