RecommendedExcellent service with a fine staff.
Been bringing my car here for a few years now and have never been disappointed. Everyone is very friendly. My service advisor is Brad and he always gets me taken care of. I ask him a million questions and he never loses his patience or tries to get pushy like some other dealerships do. They get me a ride back to work and pick me up. Lastly, they have pretty good snacks in the lobby which is a win for me! haha.
Everyone is very nice, eager to help and accomplished what we came for in the timeframe they estimated. Couldn't ask for better service!

I recommend Lexus of Greenville because of their efficient and courteous service. The technicians are always knowledgeable and the administrative ladies are always so nice and friendly and efficient as well. I enjoy their nice waiting room while I wait on my car. Or the loaner car they always provide if my car is going to take a little while to service.
