RecommendedHad my 60K mile service done yesterday. I have never been to this location befor. The entire experience was smooth, and Brad was great to work with. The next day I noticed my car was shaking while breaking when I was going 60+ on the freeway. I took my car back without an appt and they found a nail in my front left tire. They were very apologetic took care of it with a new tire free of charge within an hr. Excellent service. Will definitely return for future maintenance.
Me and my wife came in to look at a new RX 350. Our sales associate, Brad, did a great job showing us the vehicle, as well as explaining all of the features. Our sales manager, Brad Moon, also did a great job at making sure our lease payment was within our constraints. And lastly, our business manager made sure we completed the process in a timely manner. I highly recommend them as we drive 2 and half hours to work with them. Make sure to ask for Brad.
