I had my 10k complimentary service yesterday and though the person who was suppose to take care of it called off, they took care of it right away and had someone else do it. I like coming here even if there is a dealership near me because of their excellent service. If you're planning on picking up a lexus make sure to go here. They'll take their time to help you out.
