Choose another Dealership!!! We dropped our car off for a routine servicing, and got it back with multiple damages all over the right side of our car. After extensive arguing with them to fix what they had done, they kept our car for almost 2 weeks and returned it painted but still full of damage. They were so rude and never just fessed up to damaging the car that we had to take it to someone else to fix. They are CROOKS of the first order! Horrible service. I bought a 7-year battery less than 4 years ago and they will only prorate the battery if I pay $90+ labor to replace it . . . I can change a battery in 10 minutes and I'm not a mechanic. I recommend going to Costco or WalMart if you don't want to be taken advantage of . . . they sell Interstate-quality batteries for $90-95 compared to $140 + $90 "labor" at Lexus for a total of $230. Horrible place management sucks porters write up your cars when they don't know what there doing and even there techs do wrong diagnosis don't pay the money for diagnosis
Bought my 2013 LX 570 from Lexus of Pleasant in August. At about 15,000 miles,brought the car to Lexus of Pleasanton and told them that the suspension adjust on its own and lower itself when waiting for stop signs or stop lighs on local street in drive mode. I've never felt so unwelcome and belittled in all of my car shopping experiences. We walked around the lot for nearly 15-20 minutes before walking inside to ask a rep a couple of basic questions. He directed us to a website to look up prices on our own and said he would find someone to help us. Sorry to here that Glen Brown left the dealership... I purchased two fine Lexus from him.. Disappointed that the free car washes have been discontinued..

When you are in the customer service business, your priority is customer satisfaction. It's a shame Lexus of Pleasanton can't even make a courtesy call to their customer that the service will not be done at the promised time. The customer calls to check the status and was promised another 45 minutes. To make things worse, the service department manager is aware of the issue and the wait just got even longer.
