Mr. Lang was absolutely fabulous. I was recently in a car accident (not huge) and the first thing he asked was how was my son and I doing. Takes customer service to a whole different level. Made the experience of buying a new car stress free and what for it ... FUN!

The service department is a total joke when you have a problem with your car. Seems all they can do is the normal servicing. My wife and I both have 2016 Lexus’s. Mine is a NX200T and hers is an IS200T. We took them both in today with issues. The NX is having issues with displaying the traffic flow on the nav map, very slow to show the colors, and the IS is having issues with the transmission slipping out of first while stopped and when pushing accelerators to go, the engine revs and then suddenly catches and jerks forward. ... read more
