What GREAT service I bought my 2005 new from a dealer in CA a year before I moved to Gig Harbor. My LX 470 now has 309,000 miles, almost all of them serviced by Johnny Majors at Lexus of Tacoma according to Lexus recommendation. I have never had to go back one time, because something wasn't fixed or done properly. Can't remember anything but normal service. Great experience Bought a RX350 from Lexus of Tacoma. Ron Stephens was the sales person who helped us with our purchase. Test drove 2 cars and was very patient with us. Paper work only took less than 2 hours by Mr. Kim ( also very efficient and detail). Jessica, VIP customer service was very polite and efficient. Will definitely go there again if I need to buy another car.
