Scheduled service. I've dealt with many service centers before and the good majority offer the same exceptional service. However, Lexus beats all with their customer service lounge. They provide refreshments at no charge. I would say a relatively small cost at their end that goes a long way in terms of making things more convenient for the waiting customer.

Excellent customer service Excellent customer service. Financial services process lead simple. The dealer manager was extra friendly. He gave us free tickets to different venues in the Tacoma area. He even found some cereal for my son to have while he waited for us to finish paperwork.

Always feel at home. I will be a Lexus owner for life. These last two years since buying our Lexus have really shed light on the difference between the way Lexus cares for their customers verses the service I get when I take my truck in to one of the "Big 3." 2011 RX350 O2 sensor failed the day we had packed the car for a 1,600 mile trip. Part needed was not available. Joey was able to get the part and get us on our way the next morning
