Excellent place to buy a car Our salesman David was absolutely amazing . He listened to exactly what we were looking for and was just simply nice to work with.
Scheduled maintenance After buy a certified 2016 ES350 from the Fife dealership, this was our first scheduled maintenance. Because we live on the east side of the state we needed flexibility of arrival time. Christy assured us once we arrived we would be in and out in 90 minutes. It was 75 minutes and we were on our way. Great job in hosting us during that time and honoring the time commitment in getting it serviced.

Great Service at Lexus of Tacoma I had my car, Lexus ES300h, serviced in Tuesday, Dec 5th at Lexus of Tacoma. A service man greets you at the parking area and asks for your car keys and directs you to the service advisors. Joseph my advisor wrote up my car and had me go to waiting area in about 2 minutes. The car was serviced and then vacuumed and washed. I was out the dealership in one hour. What service!! Just Great. Paul
