Awsome customer service Had to bring in my 2008 lexus is350 for air bag recall, these guys provided me with a loaner car at no charge . I had to keep thier vehicle an extra day and it was NO Problem. My car came back to me washed and detailed. Thier customer service is first rate . Everyone was very friendly.

Oil changed Every year I stop by at Lexus of File for oil changed or by new car or trading a old car .The service is excellent take care all the question u ask.
Repair Dropped my car off in the evening, and they had a loaner car all ready for me. Johnny Majors in the service department gave me great service.
Great timely service. They checked me right in. The service took exactly the amount of time quoted to me. The waiting area was pristine with a lovely snack bar. I was very comfortable and the service tech was fast and friendly and personable.
Service The only problem I have ever had is service with the service assistant Johnny. Every other person has been great. The service and sales people are really nice to work with.
