Great purchasing experience Purchased a car yesterday at Lexus of Tacoma at Fife, and probably had the best car buying experience I've ever had. The salesman, Bob King, was extremely knowledgeable of the Lexus products and was very helpful. For me, car buying is always a bit stressful, but the afternoon was actually quite enjoyable and I felt we received a very fair deal.
I want to be part of this family! Lyle Jenness was great to work with. Plan to buy our next car with him as well. Looking forward to visiting for car washes and previewing our next Lexus.
200 NX We always get great service when we come down to Fife, although it is a long drive from Issaquah. One of the buttons on the dash had been deactivated, but a phone call to our service attendant and the problem was easily fixed.
New Lexus NX300h Best car buying experience I have ever had. Our salesman Steve was very knowledgeable and provided excellent guidance on our purchase. I would definitely buy another car from this dealer.
Service department The level of service you receive in this dealership is second to none! Staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. Jon Heffernan and Jonny Majors are the two service reps I use and they have taken care of both my lexus's for years.
Lexus service department is the best! I have been a Lexus customer since the Fife dealership first opened many years ago. I was on top of the world when they opened that dealership because I had been driving to Bellevue to service my Lexus SC 400. I have owned 3 Lexus vehicles and have two presently. Great experience Great buying experience at this dealership. Ron Stephens did a great job of answering all my questions and walking me through the process of buying a certified used car. He was friendly and professional and took care of even the small details to make the process pleasant.
