Excellent Quick Service Lexus IS ready to give excellent service to their customers. Wonderful facility, quick check-in, great customer wait area, plenty of treats, coffee, drinks, and donuts. I am impressed with the short wait times and the car wash which always follows the service.
Airbag Replacement The service I received here was unparalleled. These guys are the greatest. In in the morning and out that afternoon. Provided a vehicle while my car was being worked on.

Great Service Department The service department is the best around, always exceptional. They are informative and competent, always striving to get you in and out in a timely manner.
Service The people who work in the service dept are all very knowledgeable and listen to any concerns I have. The estimated time of service was spot on. They had tables with umbrellas outside to enjoy while waiting (along with coffee and treats. ) . A loaner car has been available when I have unexpected service issues.
Service visit 2008 LS460 Everything was great except for the fact that I had a appt. and even with that they said it would still be 1.5 hours for a oil change. Ended up getting a UBER to take me home so I didn't have to wait there for it. They should tell you when you make the appt that its going to take that long.
