I went to Lexus of West Kendall for my 15,000 mile service for the first time because it was close to my job. I used to work downtown and live in Cutler Bay, so my service was previously handled by Lexus of Kendall. This experience was far above any I've ever had ANYWHERE, including previous states. Khai was friendly, thorough and even offered to pick up and drop off my vehicle for the next service since my job is so close. Absolutely Outstanding Service!!!
