Horrible dealer. I came in today just to get my car serviced and the sales associate initially told me he would be able to give me a good deal but I told him my lease isn’t due until December and told me I was eligible to turn it in early. I came back to him, interested in more he had to say and he told me he couldn’t only work with me and sit down and talk numbers only if I was committed in buying a lexus that same day in which I was not prepared. So have can you and buy or lease a car with this bad reviews for this dealer, I'm shopping around for to buy a car, and originally I have them in my list, but now I'm afraid that if their service it is that bad, I think I better don't go there or else I will have the same problem, no way�
Since both South Miami Lexuses are owned by the same person I will also leave this review here. I had to wait nearly 3 hours for my first maintenance request as it took them all this time just to change my oil. It seems like the preferred customers who are paying instead of the customer who comes in for their first complementary service. I honestly deeply regret getting a Lexus. Even gave me the car dirty not only the first day I walked out of the lot with it but also on this service request.
Waited over 3 hours to get a car wash at Lexus of West Kendall, which i didn't mind, but when they hand me over my car, my rims are filthy and the inside of my car has dust everywhere. The service guy shrugs his shoulders and says sorry. AWFUL customer service, and its not the first time!! Thank you Lexus of west Kendall, you've been a huge waste of time. I been a Lexus/Toyota costumer for over 8 years, always received a great costumer service, but today trying to find a answer for my recall I deal with a very unpleasant person over the phone, no the right person to be dealing with costumers, is a shame that nowadays knowing how difficult is the market you find "customer specialist" that treat us like that, I asked for manager her response was that they don't have one? General Sales Manager William Mcvadon is extremely rude and unprofessional. Would not allow me to return my leased Lexus at The West Kendall dealership. According to him I did not lease the Lexus at his dealership, so I am not a paying customer of his dealership. Will never lease another Lexus because of William Mcvadon. I had to drive to Lexus of West Palm Beach to return my leased Lexus. Came here. Nice looking place. And that's it. No coffee didn't offer any or water. Explain to me the plastic flowers in the bathroom is this a funeral home I don't think so. Reception area didn't even acknowledge my presence. And the expect to sell a car.
