I definitely do not recommend this dealership, your personal information is simply not safe, I bought a vehicle at this dealership and the experience has turned out to be a nightmare, they used or left my personal information on another tag which they quickly used to sell another vehicle. Well I bought my car @ West Kendal Toyota my sales person ripped me off of at least 6,000 dollars. Whenever I try to call to speak to someone they are either in a meeting or on vacation Very bad customer service. They denied me of speaking with the general manager. CROOKS
I’m not one to write a negative review but Lexus of West Kendall earned this one. Whenever I bring my RCF in for service I always advice them to please not wash the car as I had just gotten a $1,400 paint correction after buying the car used from them last year. Lexus then proceeds to wash my car with what looks like they used sandpaper. More than half of the time I cannot get into contact with any type of management or better yet a call back. At the end of the lease, it appear many charges. More than $1,000 !!! Won’t recommend this to anyone.
Only Lexus can make cars with dashboards and door panels that melt! Had been a Lexus client since 2007 and completely disappointed on my IS-350. Placed my complaint more than 6 years ago with my dealership Lexus of West Kendall and I’m STILL waiting for the panels to be replaced!!! I have a 3 year old that I can’t get into this car since all that material sticks on his fingernails and it’s toxic!!!! I will be adding myself to that lawsuit!!!
