Dawn was super helpful and patient. She made the scary and confusing homebuying process a breeze. She kept me up-to-date on every step of the process -from preapproval to closing - and answered questions (sometimes the same questions) with such positivity. I couldn’t have asked for a better person for a very rewarding and exciting time in my life. **And I was even able to close about a week and a half early!!**
In the end tom did everything he told me he coukd in the begining. Very pleased with our outcome. Closing was super fast and very easy. Definitly recommend him to anyone. He also walked us through all the paperwork because we didnt use a realtor
Terry was wonderful to work with! I am a first time home buyer and had many questions, Terry was able to answer as well as explain many aspects of the process for me. Very nice people to deal with. The lines of communication were always open every step of the way. It was a difficult loan due to the nature of my income but they know how to work the system and made it happen. They're not afraid of challenging clients and work diligently through the process. They made it easy on me. I can recommend them highly.

As a first-time home buyer, Katie was extremely helpful - she took the time to explain things to me and clearly knew the market and products well.
