What can I say. Buying a home is rough at times, especially if you've never done it before. After putting out the word that I was interested in buying a home, Tina was the first to call. Kate, and her team at Liberty, were amazing. Handled an extremely quick closing like true professionals, despite my wife and I being out on vacation for half the process. Fantastic communication throughout the process, with an added personal touch which made me feel like a priority not just another customer. David was very nice and extremely helpful. My husband and I had tried to get a loan from a few banks and they were not very helpful. We really wanted to know what we had to do to get a loan. The first time we met David he helped my husband and I understand how loans work in general. Then he kept in constant contact to let us know what to do to fix our credit, what we need to pay off, what not to do, and how we were doing until we finally got approved. I fond Liberty thru Lending Tree as my husband and I were driving home discussing home buying options. Jonathan immediately returned my call and the process was smooth from there. We actually closed our loan 28 days from the beginning of our contract. The experience was amazing and I would highly recommend him. We are moving into our home today.
